I can't thank you enough for your response. I have had the tank temp raised to 89 F for two complete days now (with air stones) and have been medicating as you have advised.

That being said, I still have one more question...now that the tank temp has been raised for two whole days is it 'safe' to put it back to normal.

The severe ich on my loaches has resided a bit, but you can still see the white spots. One loach is more active than the other. He lays underneath the driftwood all day, all night. Won't come out to eat..where the other one has been coming out and enjoying the air stone swimming up and down in the bubbles...??

Will the temp alone have already killed the 'ich' that still remains on them...??

I'm leary of quitting the medication and lowering the temp so any/all advice you could give me would be awesome...(I'd buy you
