Good Homaloptera smithi news :)

As I reported, I lost one (the smallest) of the 3 Homaloptera smithi. I was getting concerned over the others because I had only seen one and not yet seen it eat. I was hoping that the other wasn't hidden dead somewhere in the tank.

Well today, they're both out, and the good news is that they are feeding!......Bloodworms of course.....get's 'em every time :)

Now I get why you people who've had them a while like them so much. Watching them feed is quite fascinating. They really do stalk their food and strike with lightning speed, just like a lizaed or gecko. I can absolutely see why these names get used by the trade to describe these fish.
