Moving Fish in a Canadian winter

Hi everyone,

i know there are several canadians on this board, so i figured you guys might be able to help suggest some ideas. I just bought a house, and am moving in at the end of January.

The tank is a 77 gallon
inhabitants include
6 clowns
6 Congo Tetras
1 pair of Kribs
2 Bristlenose plecos
1 gold nugget pleco
a couple of rasbora scissortails
and a couple of black neons.

I am going to try and big between 30 and 40 gallons of tank water.

the move is about 30 minutes away. I have a couple of battery powered air pumps that i am going to use. I plan on getting some large buckets to put the fish in during the move.

My major question is how to make sure they don't get shocked from temperature change.
