identify the zig zag loach *PIC*

I have 4 clown loaches plus 3 small "zig zag" loaches in my aquarium. The zig zag loaches must have another name because I cannot find any info on them on GOOGLE etc.

They are definitely not zebra loaches, never hide and always are looking for food or eating.
I took a photo, but it is terrible. You can at least see the pattern on this loach.

In fact when I put pieces of frozen brine shrimp in the aquarium, they swim to the top and gobble away. They ride the "frozen" chunk down to the bottom and then my clowns take over.

My clowns have started killing and eating my smaller neon tetra when they are "sleeping" at night time.
This is for sure factual. They have killed 4 this week alone.
Do I need to feed them more?
