Brown spots on clown loach

I've got four 8-year old clown loaches, in a 350l tank with seven other small fish. The largest one (about 8cm plus tail) has developed a brown rash (spots) on its skin. This is most obvious when it's pale (although it's colours are usually very strong). It also seems to be losing weight. The rash has developed over the last week or so.

The other clown loaches (and other fish) all seem fine. Water quality tests out OK as well. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
