I Have a dying clown - Please Help

I have three clown loaches, which have been in my tank for about 10 months now. about three weeks ago one of the loaches(the most energetic one of them) refused to eat anymore and has been standing in one corner of the tank ever since. He doesn't join the other loaches and doesn't eat anything...Although his colours are still sharp he has become really thin with his belly bending upwards. Yesterday I moved him to another tank but he just found a corner and still refuses to eat. Has anyone ever noted this behaviour? I guess he is trying starve himself to death!
