Mesonoemacheilus triangularis a 'new' species?

I was looking through the 'new' species listed on the main loaches.com page and was surprised to see the 'Batik' loach (Noemacheilus triangularis) listed as a *new* species (Mesonoemacheilus triangularis). Looks to me like the only thing that has changed is a revision on the genus level rather than a new species. Did I miss something?
