Pregnant Angelicus Botia Loach

Hi all, I've just discovered this website today. I have two Angelicus Botia Loach's and I think one is pregnant. I've had them for about 4 or 5 months, and they are in a 60 gal community tank. The tank is very healthy, planted and has driftwood and a cave. (My guppys wont stop breeding).
About two days ago I noticed one of them has a very, very round, large stomach, and I'm gathering she's pregnant. I've read that there are no successful documented cases of them breeding in captivity.
Can anybody give me any advice on what to do. I have 2 large gouramis in the tank and assume they would eat the eggs if I leave her in there.
Thanks in advance,
