Lost 2 Yo Yo's to overdosing with Melafix/Pimafix

I had transferred several Angelfish into the 55g loach tank in order to raise a batch of fry. A couple looked like they were having fin issues so I treated the tank with Melafix and Pimafix to fix their problem. First day was fine. Second day my smaller male yo yo jumped out of the tank and was found crispy on the floor in the morning. Should have known then that the Pimafix was not good for loaches-but NO! I did the second day of treatment too.

Noticed that the fish were all nose up to the surface later that day. When I saw the Modesta swimming up to the surface IN BROAD DAYLIGHT I know something was wrong! Started a water change immediately and in process of moving things about with the vac saw my gravid female yo yo being sucked against the intake. EEEKKK?!! She was dead. I felt really stoopid, mad and then thought--well, I can at least find out now if she really IS gravid.

Did a very sloppy autopsy on a paper plate and then took some pics. Link posted below.
Do any of you think it is really eggs? I think so, but have never done a fishy autopsy before and don't even know for sure how long she was dead. Her insides smelled like Pimafix, poor thing. I feel awful.
