I have a big snail problem in my pond (2000 gal). People recommended to introduce Loaches to control the snail population. Can Loaches survive in outdoor water? The water is kind of green looking and I have a few goldfish and lots of water lilies in the pond. I live in south TX and the water temp is between 50 and 70F currently. If loaches are not the solution, what works?
