Okay..I am looking for some loaches that can go in with my pugnax specie betta 4-5 inch long bettas, placid, dwell all levels. They nest at the bottom when brooding, but only protect a small personal radius. So the loach needs to top out at 3-4 inches, be non aggressive and a good scrap snuffler. Sand substrate will be planted heavily with java fern and moss with some floating. Don't mind some current at a range of 80F. If it is in a color range with them it is even less likely to be bothered (they are communal)
Especially species that are from western borneo or the malaysian pennisula. i'll be cruising the index..but i am not sure when I will peg them...
