Need More Help =\ 2 Loaches Dead in 2 Days

My water has tested for 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites and very low nitrates. My ph is around 7.5 (tap water where i live is high).

i had 7 clowns in a 75 G . I lost one randomly yesterday cant figure out how he died, no symptoms.

Another one passed this morning, i had the unfortunate chance of seeing him in his last seconds, looked like he lost control of one half of his body. He couldnt swim normal, he was swimming in loops. Looked like he could have been sliced on one side but Im not positive. The only thing ive noticed in my loaches is i noticed they seem to be breathing quickly most of the time, and one or two has a little redness in the gill area.

Am i having bad luck? All my other fish seem fine.
