Best Treatment for Ich/Parasites

I'm hoping that with all of the great wisdom here someone(s)can suggest the best way to treat these fish. This is a planted tank with sand substrate and the inhabitants are Panda Cories, Otto's, YoYo Loaches and various small snails.

The YoYo's are small inch maybe and several of the Panda's are approx. 3 months old. Assuming this is ICH could be Parasites also. The YoYo's are the new fish!! My fault I did not quarantine first.

Have had great success with salt and heat with my Clown Loaches in the past but the cories that were housed with them died with this treatment.

Have on hand Paragon II (never used this before), Maracide, and Rid Ich+.

Need to treat as the spots are getting to be more numerous, the last 2 weeks were only a spot here and there, not anymore. What will not kill the plants and the snails? What do I need to do.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
