swim bladder

I have a female green severum that has displayed what appears to be a swim bladder disorder. She is in a community tank and is still eating as normal, but has a really dificult time swimming normally. She appears to be doing a headstand and drifting near the surface most of the time.

Is there any known treatments for a swim bladder problem. Hard to know the root cause at this point. I have hesitated to move her in her condition but have not introduced any medications yet - hoping she might recover. I've had her for five years and I hate seeing her struggle. It's been going on for about a month.

Any advice is welcomed.
