Breeding the Borneo Sucker

I have 2 (and it surely looks like a pair!) of Borneo suckers. They reside in a 25 Gal Eclipse Asian community tank, along with white clouds, rasboras, large Burmese border loach, algae eating shrimp...
Last night I noticed them on the glass opposite the flow outlet, so they were in the fastest part of the tank, temp about 78 F, ph 6.8. I had accidentally left the tank lights on, so they had had about 14 hours of CoralLife light. The fish I assumed was is the male danced about the female for about 1 hour. His coloration changed from the typical olive drab brown to a very light tan, and the spots around the outer edges disappeared entirely as his color lightened.
