rock piles and border botias...

I'd noticed that the three botias of the lot I'd ordered who stayed at the lfs for a week or so wanted to squeeze themselves under the ornament in that tank. When I brought them home, I noticed they seemed to like to squeeze in small spaces or hide under thick planting such as a clump of java moss but this did also have a rock which I think the one who chose/ruled that spot seemed to always be under when I'd lift it to clean the substrate lightly. So I found some rocks with slight concave profiles and also had some small rocks (1-2 inch diameter, guesstimate) so I made a small rock pile. This seems to be the favored location and so am gradually increasing and connect
