Remember last week when I asked if striata click? I sure got my answer! I was sitting near the q-tank last night after lights-out for the tanks. I had dropped a sinking wafer in for my new little striata and apparently they found it. It sounded like a geiger counter in there! Continual clicks for about ten minutes, together with fin flaring, posturing, and a few brief chases. All very harmless and everyone's fins were intact this morning. I guess now that the recent additions have filled out to about the same size as the incumbent they are less willing to put up with his crap.

What fun! My clowns never clicked much and I was thrilled to hear these little guys merrily clicking away. Can't imagine not having loaches in the
