Question: cleaning/resealing tank!!

Hi guys, I just got a 10 gal tank free from someone moving away.

The tank's pretty dirty and the sealent's kinda peeling off.

So I guess I have to do a major cleaning and re-seal it before I can use it.

I've just kinda scrubbed it a bit and right now soaking it with a little bit of household bleach (I've prolly put about half a cup in there). Hopefully it'll tell me how bad it is leaking too.

I have no idea how to do it. What brand of sealant I should use? How much do I need to re-seal a 10 gal? How much is it gonna cost?

Final question:
You think this is even worth the time/$ for just a 10 gal? Or I'm better off buying a new one... hehe
