Hi everyone! Love this site - not only for loach info, but all kinds of fish advice! I plan to set up a 55 gallon tank with 5-6 clown loaches. My question - what tank mates would look nice and fill the middle/upper levels of the water? I was thinking a school of assorted rainbows. Everyone has advised me against bala sharks because thet get way too big. It's a shame, because they are beautiful. Any advice would be great! One other question - I noticed alot of discussion on the site about keeping neon tetras. I have heard that cardinals are hardier. I was thinking of setting up a small species tank of a shoal of cardinals and a couple of tiny cory cats. How would this be? Thanks. Shirley
