Tap Water Directly added directly to the tank

If you add a dechlorinator like Prime to the tank first then add tap water at the right temperature... Will it cause any problems.

All of my tanks contain some type of loach.
Clown Loaches
Horse Faced Loaches
Zebra Loaches

Just want to make sure before I change my current practice.
