Aftermath of Horrible Illness

I posted a few weeks ago about my horrible experience with an Ick remedy. Someone suggested that rather than the medicine being the culprit, that perhaps my tank had gotten a bacterial infection. I think that could be the case. I bought a couple of blue lacontei a while back and one died within the week. The other lasted close to a month, before it too died. Since then I have lost all of my fish from that tank except one small clown, one small panda cory & a dwarf gourami.
I cleaned the tank thoroughly, changed all the media in the Fluval and started it up again with a big strong gourami from another tank to cycle it. I finally returned my surviving clown and panda to it this week, with a small striata as company for the clown, and so far all seems well. I have a 10 gallon tank that I am thinking
