Three weeks to moving-day. I have all the input from you all and from a few pros.

They recommended packing the fish in 3-5 gal buckets with snap-lids/holes drilled for air. I plan to buy a few small battery-op airpumps and feed an airline/stone through a hole drilled in the top.

The pros recommended I use nothing in the water, as I hoped, so I can dump the fish into the tank on the other end instaed of having to net a 2nd time.

I will keep my fingers crossed for the gravel-bed and try to move intact per some of your rec's. I appreciate all the input and thought I would let you all know what the combined consensus seemed to be. I have moved tanks before, but not this far. So the loaches go north. I will post after the move RE if the gravel-bed came through OK. GREG
