fungus or bacteria or parasite on my loach

I have a group of six zebra loaches that I've had for 3-4 months. Two days ago I noticed a white fuzzy patch on the snout of one of them. It does not look like Ich, and the other loaches look perfectly fine, as do the rest of the fish in the tank (Endler's). I don't know if he injured his snout in some way, or if I should be worrying about this spreading to other fish in the tank, or trying to figure out how to get him isolated in a hospital tank without having to tear out every plant...... He looks a little thin but not wasted. Water parameters are good (zero ammonia, nitrites, pH about 7, soft water). Any suggestions?
