Dojo bumps

I have 2 dojos, ~7 inches long each. About one year ago I noticed some small, white, fleshy bumps on one's whiskers and dorsal fin. Since that time the bumps have increased in number (but remain small, <1mm). Then this weekend I noticed the bumps on the other dojo. None of the other fish seem affected (goldfish and golden loaches). Has anyone had these on their fish? Nothing has changed in the tank and the dojos are eating and acting normally.
