Ill clowns?

Hello. I have 2 clowns in my community tank. In the last time I have noticed that my clowns move around the clay pot and they like scratch their body on it. Other fishes donít show any sign of this. I think they have some kind of parasite on they skin but I need to know is it dangerous for them and what kind of treatment can I use on it (of course if it is necessary). There is no other sigh of illness on the clowns. They looks very happy and eat OK and nothing else unusual can be seen.
I do a lot of water changes and sure water quality is good and maybe this troubles is because I add 2 draft guramis 2 week ago?
