Clown loach mouth disease

Sorry for the mistake in the previous post. I have a 55-gallon community tank. There are 4 clown loaches about 2" long. The other night I noticed that one of the loaches seemed to be swimming up and down the front glass by itself. After looking closer, I noticed that the tiny feeler things around it's mouth had eroded down to almost nothing. The rest of the clown loaches looked okay, so I removed the one sick looking one and put it in a quarantine tank. Does anyone know what could be wrong with this fish? Any ideas on treatment? Thanks.
