tiny little worms HELP!

I recently setup a planted tank and despite cleaning the plants (or so i thought), there are these tiny worm. One is a very thin hair type worm, usually around half an inch. I notice them in the gravel when I sytir it up and on the sides of the glass.

Last night after the lights were out, I noticed a thicker worm that was different from the other one. This one seemed to swim or drift inthe water more. Definelty not the same type, i'd say it was around half an inch to quarter inch.

DOes anyone konw what these are and how to get rid of them? Will loaches eat them? if not, please suggest some chemical solution. Thanks in advance
