Gill Flukes + Ich

My fish have gill flukes, I was told to use levanisole to deworm them. I did the first treatment today. The fish responded beautifully. I can see that they are breathing better already. Some of the fish that I haven't seen in two days have come out too.

That is when I noticed that one of my baby clown loaches is covered with ick. Not just a couple spots, at least 30-40 all over his 1 1/2" body.

I turned the heat in the tank up to 85. It is currently around 80. I have a ghost knife, a tire track eel, 5 small clowns, and a few Silver Dollars in the tank.

I have Quick Cure on hand but I am loath to use it with the levamisole in the tank. Do you know if the levamisole will cure the ich also? If not can I mix the medicines in the tank? For the loaches and the eels and Silver Dollars, will the Quick Cure be alright to use at half dose.
