So, which is it?

I have read that botia mostestas get up to about 4 inches in length in some sources and to about 9 inches in others. Which one is closer to being more accurate? Moreover, I would like to add about three modestas in my 55 gal with my skunks darios and yoyos. Would this be a good mix? Of course if modestas to get up to about 9 inches I will bag the idea given the additional bioload.
