Are koolies likley to be mistaken for worms

I want at some time (prehaps when I upgrade the size of the big tank) to put my koolie loaches in the big tank with my other loaches ( Clowns, Orange finned, Zebra and some silver sharks among others) I didnt put them in there in the beginning as I wasnt too sure about them being mistaken for worms, especially by the silver sharks (balas 12cm long)and 2 angels (3 - 4 cm). Does this happen - I dont feed my fish worms (soil not great round here) the biggest thing they get is probably bloodworm - I thought they would probably distnguish and even the smallest otto dosnt seem to get bothered but I suddenley thought what if?
