panting clown

PLEASE help! My beautiful 4 inch Clown is panting behind a plant...what to do? I just did a 20% H20 change. I noticed a bit of ick last week on only my 2 clowns and isolated them for treatment. Ever since I returned them they were very frightened and hid for a few days. The small guy is fine but my old fella is not. They are free of ich. What to do? The only other thing I noticed was that the lateral line on the 4inch seamed indented. This ich arrived (despite quarentine) on a new Plecostomus. I hope someone can help. Thanks.
