Feeding problem with Clowns

hey there...

i have a quick question for everyone. I presently own 4 loaches ( 1 inch each) in my 45 gallon tank and last night, i just bought 2 more (2 1/2 inches each). The new loaches dont seem to be trained how to eat. I mean, i put in shrimp pellets and they run wild but dont pick any up. I throw in bloodworms and they scatter but dont eat any of them. They constantly swim around the tank and it looks like they want to be fed. I try and try but i can't get them to eat. Does anyone know how i can accomplish this? Plus, everytime i go up to the window, they run and hide as they seem very scared. Can someone please help me...
