Sensitivity of clown loaches to medication

I know Clown loaches are senstitive to certan medications and I beleive this is because of their skin like covering / scales.

Does this go for all medication? I have a sick molly with gill / internal problems and I treated the tank with an anti bacterial medication at half the normal rate (before I checked about the clown loaches I figured better safe than sorry.

Unfortunatly the mollies are only lodgers in the tank as their 10 gal tank has platty fry in so I cant move them out.

Never mind I have put in a valid argument for a 20 / 30 gal 'breeding tank' for the mollies (+ a few new recruts!) and then the 10 galon can be a hospital tank again!!
