Has anyone ever bred Coolie Loaches?

Small fish are cute. There can be nothing cuter than a baby Coolie Loach (or the Slimy loach, or the Half-Banded loach), and I want to breed them. The only thing I know about breeding these loaches is that some people have unexpected spawnings in heavily planted tanks. Oh, also that they might breed in very shallow water.

So my tank will be heavily planted. But I wonder about other pointers, too. How hard should their water be? pH? Temperature?

And hey, since I'm here.....has anyone bred a Weather Loach?
