pump sizing

I currently use a Lee's brand gravel siphon cleaning system. I don't feel that there is enough water pressure from the sink to do an adequate job pulling debris out of the gravel. I'm considering buying a pump to supplement this system, but I'm not sure what size to buy. Since the tanks are in seperate rooms, I use about 50 feet of line befor the water gets to the sink. None of the tanks are any higher that about 4 feet(top of water level). I'd appreciate any assistance on size or recommended brands.
