Hong Kong Pleco and High Finned Banded

What can you tell me about the HK Pleco? I am also interested about a fish that I recently saw for sale called High Finned Banded Chinese Shark. The fish was quite magnificent looking. Short and stout with massive fins (pectoral, tail, and dorsal) protruding from it's golden brown body. The fish had two or three semi-diagonal black bands across it's body and appeared to have a sucker mouth. Any info on either? Please share what you can.

Thanks, Mike
