Changeover to Sand Substrate

Quick question before leaving for work. In about 3 weeks I am planning on removing the UGF from my 45 gallon tank. I would like to replace the gravel with sand. I picked up the following: Kiddiefun Play Sand by Quickrete. The product has been screened, washed and dried and other than use as a playsand, can be used for building and moulding. No other info on bag that I could find. Would this product be OK for the tank? No loaches in this tank but if everything goes OK, I would like to do the same to the loach tank. Another day and more questions for that project.

Thanks for any input.

PS - I've read that silica sand is good, but like I said, I couldn't find any info on bag to indicate what kind of sand this is. It did say it is not to be used for sandblasting.
