Free swimming worms?

I've been sitting here watching my clowns tonight when I saw something that concerned me. I saw at least 2 very small (approx. 3/16" long) silvery worms. They were wriggling & undulating very fast. I know they were alive because they would occasionally stop on one of the silk plant leaves. Does anyone know what they are and should I do anything? Could they have come from one of the clowns (a parasite?), one of the other fish, or from the frozen food? I use Hikari blood worms and briny shrimp. Tank buddies are: 8 clowns, 3 albino corys, 1 chinese algae eater (huge) and 4 otocs. The otocs were just recently added after being in quarantine for 4 weeks. Any input would be appreciated.
