These might be not the best choice since in that system they might have problems swimming against the current. For this tank I`d stick to the natural variety of white clouds. Two mid or top water fish that might work are Notropis lutrensis or Phoxinus phoxinus. Both need cooler temps, they should be even kept very cold in winter because they won`t spawn otherwise. Notropis is from North America whereas Phoxinus is from Europe. Depending on where you are located you might have problems getting these. In Germany both sp. are sometimes sold for garden ponds.
