Today I found some interesting looking loaches marketed as "Polka Dot Botia". They were definately not botia.They were about an inch or so long with a slender neomacheilus/shistura type body. They were tan in color with dark brown or black spots about the size of pin heads and in irregular patterns. They sat on their pectoral fins on the bottom, and seemed fairly peaceful.They also had barbels,although I'm not sure how many. I looked in the Species Index and the closest thing I found was the Batik Loach(neomacheilus triangularis). But this loach has light irregular blotches on a dark background, while the "Polka Dot Botia" had dark, somewhat more uniform spots on a light back
