During feedings I typically place shrimp pellets in various spots starting at the very front of the tank. As the shrimp pellets were dropping to the bottom the bloodfins were chasing them down. Well.......bad move bloodfins! At the bottom there is a cave made of stacked limestone from the lfs. In this particular cave the fattest loahchata this side of the block dwells. As the shrimp pellet hit the bottom with bloodfin in pursuit loahchata comes darting out in pursuit of bloodfin. Had the bloodfin been slower he may have become a statistic. The loahchata was very close to getting him. So...now I place flakes in first and the bloodfins, zebras, and glassfish come to feed. I place shrimp pellets shortly thereafter. All is well in the 75.
