I'm afraid I've killed my clowns!!!

I've done a very bad thing. I was treating my 125 for ich (one clown came down with it). I know I know salt and high temps and no light. I have always used Ick Guard with great results when necessary. I just use 1/2 dose and two hours later 1/2 dose. Well, I was talking to my daughter and accidently put in the whole dose, 12 tsps!!!!!! I am so scared. I immediately changed about 40 gallons of water and replaced with new. Now I'm afraid because of that. I had just done a water change right before medicating. I am very nervous about my 7 clowns, my royal clown loach and my Syn. angelicus. Everything else I think will be fine. Is there anything else I can do? It has been about 30 minutes and so far no heavy breathing or anything. They just look at me like WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!! One of the clowns is a runt (he was roughed up by the lecontei that I returned to lfs) and he is holed up so he may be in real danger here. How long til they are going to be ok? If they make it a couple of hours will that mean they are out of danger? Please any ideas are welcomed. No hand slaps please, I've already kicked my own butt enough. Thanks for any constructive input.
