The Loach Forum Archives (2)

On topic?

Hi all,

I hope that this doesn't come across as a rant, but I am concerned about the lack of loach related issues in this forum.

Lately, it seems that most of the posts are directed towards the growth of plants. While I do find it interesting, I find a lower number of posts that relate to our loach friends. I am an aquarist with an intermediate knowledge of loaches, and I constantly search this forum for information that might apply, and give advice when possible. Instead of researching, I find it better to interact with those who care about our little buddies as much as I do.

I can't deny that in the last few days, I have lost a bit of interest in participating and or reading this forum, as I am sure others will aggree. While we cannot obviously stay entirely on topic, may I suggest that we make an attempt? There are plenty of aquatic plant discussion groups on the web, one of them at Aquariacentral.com.

I sincerely hope this doesn't offend anyone, but I would really love to hear about loaches as opposed to crypts and the like.

Please be gentle (awaiting a slew of scathing comments)
