On Jerry Springer tonight..."My Nemachelius think they're Cichlids".

The 4 as yet unidentified Nemachelius sp. Loaches I bought seem to think they're Cichlids. They keep digging up parts of the "River-Tank(TM)" manifold that I recently had so much fun burying under their gravel.

They've dug out nice little homes under Bogwood too. They're pretty skittish, unlike the S.savona and S. scaturagina in the first River-Tank which will come right to the front and do the "Feed Me" dance till I give in, as soon as I go near the tank. These guys run and hide, but are feeding OK, but without the total frenzy that goes on in the other tank.

I'm going to put lots more decor into the tank once I've got the Powerheads hooked up, to make it more like the original tank. I'm hoping this will make them bolder, plus of course there's no Dither fish in this tank to encourage confidence.

Does anybody else have any Nemachelius sp. that dig a lot?
