The River-Tank Update.

Sunday evening I was busy. I had placed 56 pounds of eighth to quarter inch gravel in the tank. This just covers the water tubing, I'll probably need some more. I took about 15 gallons from my Clowns tank, plus 10 from my modesta tank, then topped up with rainwater.
I fired up the powerheads and squeezed air out of the intake sponges. After some serious re-plumbing, I had moved my new big, 4-outlet air-pump across the room, and run a new supply line back to the big tank around the skirting board and door-frame. This line T's to supply 2X 2" Turbolater airstones in the 26" deep tank, and feeds from just one pump outlet (it's got some oomph!)
