ICH again

I've had 5 clown loaches for 6 weeks (all 3-3.5 inches) in a 55 gallon. I'm now cursed with a second bout of ICH. The smallest one died today. I added 1 tbsp salt per 10 gallons and slowly raised temp to 84 the first time. They all seemed to settle down and were doing fine. This morning it was back with a vengeance--much worse than the first time! The water quality seems to be fine (ammonia, nitrites and nitrates all are non-detectable. (pH is around 7.5) I isolated them in a quarantine tank this evening. I didn't want to add chemicals or medicines but, at this point, I'll take any advice you can give me. Thanks!
