dead and dying clown loaches -help!

I have raised a group of six clown loaches from young, they are/were about 2 years old now. Three are dead, two are dying and one seems ok. I haven't had any problems in my tank for a long time. I guess the temp did get a little low lately, its winter here in Australia. I noticed a couple of them covered in little white spots. They rarely come out from their hidey holes, so I don't see them often. Anyway, I dosed the tank in - Multi Cure at half rate, it contains malachite green, methylene blue and acriflavine. I also increased the temp to 82 degrees. After 3 days nothing much had changed, so I re-dosed as the bottle said. But now, two days later I only have one surviving loach. Everything else in the tank is fine. I've done a 25% water change and I have the two
