Clown Loaches loosing fins.....

Please help!

I have 5 clown loaches in a 29gal tank. Share with 4 1year old angels. My oldest loach (got when tank was cycled 1 1/2 years ago) has a cloudy film that comes and goes as well as all fins slowly disappearing. He is eating and still can get around. All other fish seemed to be okay (angels actually pairing off several times and laying/fertilizing eggs). I thought it was just this one, but today I noticed the second oldest beginning to take on the same type of cloudy look, and part of his back tail is starting to go away.

If anyone has any idea of what this may be and how to cure, please let me know. I love these clowns, and don't want to loose. I have been hesitant to treat with all others doing so well.

Thanks for your help!
