BAD ICK outbreak

Okay, Now that I have ick how can I help my little loach. I have a 20 gallon with 2 loaches and 5 gouramis. All will clear signes of Ick. The loaches aren't hidding, slightly eating and just scarring me. The gouramis don't seem terribly bothered by the problem. I am treating with CopperSafe. I have a boxfilter, and an undergravel filter. I condition the tank with Stress Coat and use 1 Tsp of Instant Ocean to 5 gallons water. No live plants, good water guality. ( I think the ick outbreak started a few days after we lost power and the tank temp dipped to 70 degrees F, no air or filtration for 9 hours). If there are any tips on making the loaches more confortable please let me know. Thanks Jen
