Deformed loach

I have only had my loaches for 16 days and am still learning. One of my clown loaches has a bent spine that causes him to have a hump toward his back end. He's also a little smaller than my other clown loach. Otherwise, he seems healthy and is eating very well. Does anyone have any experience with this problem? Is it a potential problem, or could he grow up to be a perfectly healthy loach with a bent body? I would appreciate any advice anyone would have.
